Pastor Scott T. Sanders is the Pastor and Founder of Rhema International Ministries, Inc. He founded the ministry in 2003 and the Lord has made it very clear that he is a chosen vessel for this generation. Pastor Sanders has been married to CoPastor Cynthia R. Sanders since 1991 and is the father to their three children, Scott II (Ty), Justin and Cymone.
Rhema International Ministries has reached several milestones under Pastor Sanders’ leadership. In 2005, the church purchased 9.5 acres and in 2009 the first sanctuary was erected. In 2010, the church purchased an additional 12 acres of land adjacent to the church. In 2012, the church canceled the entire mortgage and land debt. In 2015, the church completed a $1 million, 8,000 sq. ft. extension, expanding the sanctuary and building an Executive Wing. In 2017, the church canceled its second mortgage and is currently “Debt Free”.
Pastor Sanders has many accomplishments in corporate and religious environments. As a corporate leader for 10 years, he held managerial positions within the telecommunications industry having local, regional and international operations responsibilities.
Pastor Sanders is a dynamic preacher and teacher who proclaims the almost-too-good-to-be-true news of the Gospel. His messages and teaching series are full of revelation and are geared to break religious traditions and transform minds so that the body of Christ can manifest God’s glory. You can hear Pastor each weekday on WJYZ 960AM at 11:30 am and on Mondays and Tuesdays at 12 noon on WZBN 105.5FM. Pastor Sanders is also the founder and president of the STS Bible Institute which specializes in teaching foundational truths to leaders, ministers, and laymen giving them a stronger foundation for ministry.
Pastor Sanders received his Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. Pastor Sanders also received his Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science Degrees from Ball State University.

Co-Pastor Cynthia Renee Sanders is a native of Muncie, Indiana. She has been raised in church all of her life and comes from a Godly heritage of Pastors, Missionaries, Singers and Musicians. She was water baptized in Jesus’ name and received the baptism of the Holy Ghost on August 12, 1986, at Christ Temple Church in her hometown. She married Scott T. Sanders, her high school sweetheart, on August 3, 1991.
Co-Pastor Sanders is the proud mother of 3 children: Scott T. Sanders II, Justin Michael Sanders and Cymone Renee Sanders. During her children’s early years, she stayed at home and enjoyed nurturing them and being an at-home wife and mother. Throughout the years, she has been employed by various financial institutions and worked in different capacities.
Co-Pastor Sanders faithfully serves along with her husband, Pastor Scott T. Sanders, who is the Founder of Rhema International Ministries, Inc. She serves in many areas of ministry: she is the Worship Leader and oversees the Music & Arts Ministry, she is the Founder and Overseer of the R.E.A.L. Women’s Ministry, Rare Jewels Ministry, and the IN-G.A.G.E.D. Mentoring Group. Co-Pastor Sanders is also an anointed teacher and preacher of the Gospel and is a Prayer Warrior.
Co-Pastor Cynthia R. Sanders’ personal mission statement reads:
I want to be a light to the lost and tell others of God’s goodness and His faithfulness. I want to be an example of a Godly Woman in all aspects of life and mentor other women into a lifestyle of prayer, worship and into a greater relationship with Christ. Most of all, I want to allow God’s glory to be revealed in and through me as I utilize every God-given ability to minister to the Body of Christ. I will always give Him my true worship and praise.
